About Graphene4D
Welcome to Graphene4D
Graphene4D develops high-performance 3D printing filaments powered by graphene — one of the strongest, most conductive materials known. Founded by Nick Bennett and Gemma Bethel, the company exists to give engineers, makers, and manufacturers materials that go further than standard plastics, without compromising on reliability.
Our Journey
Graphene4D started with a simple observation: graphene’s strength, conductivity, and flexibility were being talked about everywhere, but rarely delivered in a filament that actually performed to that standard. We set out to close that gap.
That meant putting the R&D in before the marketing — testing formulations, refining consistency, and building filaments engineers could actually spec into real projects, not just prototype with. That focus on rigor is what’s let us build a reputation for materials that hold up to their claims, spool after spool.
Our Vision
To be the filament engineers reach for when a project needs more than plastic can give. We want creators, engineers, and innovators to be able to trust graphene-enhanced materials the same way they trust any other engineering-grade input — consistent, tested, and ready for the application, not just the demo.
Our Values
- Innovation — We keep pushing on formulation and process, because “good enough” isn’t the standard graphene is capable of.
- Quality — Every spool is held to the same performance bar, batch after batch.
- Sustainability — Our PLA-based filaments are biodegradable, so performance doesn’t come at the planet’s expense.
- Customer Focus — Real support from people who understand the material, not just a returns policy.
